Seat Belt Guide

Correct Wearing

  • βœ“Shoulder belt must cross the chest and shoulder
  • βœ“Lap belt must fit across the hips, not the abdomen
  • βœ“Never place the belt behind your back or under your arm
  • βœ“Ensure no twists in the belt before buckling
  • βœ“All passengers must wear seat belts at all times

Pregnant Women

Pregnant women should wear seat belts with the lap portion placed under the bump across the hips, and the shoulder portion between the breasts and over the bump β€” never across the bump.

SRS Airbag System

Airbags work together with seat belts β€” not as a replacement. They deploy in fractions of a second during severe collisions.
