Fluid Levels Guide

πŸ›’οΈ

Engine Oil

SAE 10W-30 API SL+ (3.75L + 0.3L filter)

Check warm but engine NOT running. Must be between MIN and MAX on dipstick. Do not mix oil types.

πŸ’§

Engine Coolant

WESTON-936-LLC / HAVOLINE XLC β€” 5.0L. Anti-freeze 25–35%.

Check when engine warm and running. Level must be between LOW and FULL on reservoir. Anti-freeze concentration 25–35%.

πŸ”΄

Brake Fluid

DOT 3 or DOT 4

Check reservoir level. Low level may indicate worn pads or a leak β€” inspect immediately.

🌊

Washer Fluid

Water + windshield washer fluid

Check washer reservoir. Use proper washer fluid β€” do not use plain water in cold climates.

Tyre Care

Tyre Size (Std)

Tyre Size (Prem)

Tyre Pressure

β€”

See vehicle placard

  • β–ΈCheck tyre pressure when tyres are COLD (before driving more than 2 km)
  • β–ΈRotate tyres every 20,000 km β€” front tyres wear faster on FWD vehicles
  • β–ΈCheck tread depth β€” minimum 1.6 mm. Wear indicators are located in 6 areas of each tyre.
  • β–ΈRegularly check spare tyre pressure
  • β–ΈAlways use the same type and size tyre on all four wheels

Checks & Adjustments

πŸ”΄

Brake Pedal Free Play

3–8 mm

Measure from rest position. Adjust or service if outside range.

βš™οΈ

Clutch Pedal Free Play

6–13 mm

MT only. Measure from rest position. Adjust via adjustment nut.

πŸ…ΏοΈ

Parking Brake Stroke

6–8 notches

Pull lever fully and count clicks. Adjust cable if outside range.

πŸ”‹

Battery (46B24RS MF)

12V / 45 Ah

Clean terminals. Disconnect negative first when removing. Maintenance-free type β€” do not add water.

Β§AT Fluid β€” p.139

Automatic Transmission Fluid

Use: SK ATF SP-III (Type 1) or AW-1 (Type 2). Check after warm-up driving (70–80Β°C) with selector moved through all positions.

⚠ Do not substitute with a different ATF fluid β€” may damage the transmission.
